Exporting Outlook Contacts to another PC

Hello,

I am using outlook 2003 in one laptop. I have recently bought a new laptop
with outlook 2007. I would like to export my contacts from my old laptop
(outlook 2003) to my new laptop (outlook 2007)

Can you please assist?
