Please help me transfer contacts

I am trying to export over 200 contacts that I put on Microsoft outlook. I
transferred them from my Tmobile Sidekick3, and now need to export them to my
new Blackberry. Any suggestions? I can't seem to do this. I am unsure of
what steps I should be going through.

Thank you.
Also, I am currently using an Office 2003 Outlook Program, however, I have
an new laptop with the 2007.

#1 - This is a "Blackberry question" - not an Outlook question/issue
#2 - First recourse for information should always be the docs/software that
comes with the specific device or mfg website - which in this case is:
http://na.blackberry.com/eng/services/desktop/ (you will find desktop
software at this location)
#3 - A Google search will also bring up a long list of items (i.e. search
for <Blackberry Outlook Sync>)

PS - As a rule, when asking a question - always advisable to state specific
info. "new Blackberry" means absolutely nothing since there are a lot of
"Blackberry models" which may make a difference in what's required
