Exporting - Outlook 2003

Hello,

I am wondering if there is a way to export all of your folders (inbox, sent,
deleted, personal, etc.) contacts, and the calendar without having to do each
one separately. I am in the process of building a new machine and will want
to import everything back into Outlook 2003. However, when I have tried to
export in the past I have to select a folder or the calendar as a whole, or
only my contacts.

Is there an easier way?

Never export and import PSTs. Unnecessary. See
