I was wondering if someone could help me export my email
messages into a file because i am reformatting my hard
drive. i have 65 messages, is there any way I can do
this? I already tried by clicking file, export, messages
but then no another screen appeared.

Please help if possible, please shoot me an email.

Thanks,

Sean

You can back up your entire pst-file by copying it to a save location. You
can locate your pst-file in the following ways;

Make sure you include hidden and system files and folders when searching for
pst-file.

By default it is located in
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\

You can also locate the file by using
Rightclick the root folder (probably Outlook Today)-> Properties-> button
Advanced-> field Filename
