Exporting Distn List to another pc's address book

Hello,
I am trying to export a distribution list from one pc to another with
Outlook, but I want to download the individual addresses from the
distribution list to the main address book in order to address separate
emails to each user on the new list. How do I do this? Thanks!

DL's cannot be exported or imported. If you are trying to create new
Contacts from the members of a DL, then save the DL as an RTF file. From
there you can convert it to CSV or some other format that Outlook can import
into its Contacts Folder. Outlook does not use an address book.
