DISTRIBUTION LIST TO CONTACT OR ADDRESS BOOK

I HAVE RECEIVED A NUMBER OF LARGE DISTRIBUTION LISTS from my employer. I
need to be able to email individuals one at a time. How do I add the
individuals in the distribution lists to my contacts or address book?

You can't do that directly. You'd have to save them as a text file and
import them as a CSV or Excel file.
