Extract to Distribution List

I am using Outlook 2002.

Often, I receive emails with many addressees. I would like to extract those
addresses and create a distribution list.

Is it possible to create the distribution list in a batch process? Must
each address be extracted individually, posted to the address book and from
that create the distribution list?

You can do none of these things with Outlook's native capabilities. You can
use third party software to extract addresses from separate email messages
( http://www.slipstick.com/addins/contacts_entry.asp ), but I know of none
that will create a DL from such a data extraction.
