Exporting/copying pop up forms to another database

I have three pop up forms (which work like a dialog box) that I want to use
in another database.

How can I export or copy them? I have tried to export them, but that didn't
work.

Any hint would be very much appreciated.

One way is to open both databases and drag the forms from one to the other.
Or, copy and paste. Or use File/Get External Data/Import, then find the
database file that contains the forms and select the items you wish to
import.
