Exporting blocked senders

I've seen from other posts how to get to my blocked senders. Is there a way
to export these (mostly domains - I have hundreds) to a file I can access
with Word? My ISP now has a spam package, and I'd like to enter them into
the ISP's package without having to retype them.

Thanks for any help.
 
If you are comfortable working with the Windows registry, export this key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows Mail\Junk Mail\Block Senders List

You'll have to do some editing because it is not a 'clean' list.
 
Thanks, Gary; I exported the key and opened it in Notepad. I just have to
edit out the extraneous stuff and I will be good to go!
