does the Junk > Block sender work?

Seems I'm really wasting my time marking the dozens of spam email as block
sender or block senders domain.

I know the emails have slightly different addresses and domain names.
but there must be a way of blocking them FOREVER????
 
Blocking senders does not work for typical spam since the spammer
will change the 'From' address every time.
Find out if your mail provider has a spam blocking feature at the
server level, and how to enable that.
