What is the difference between Add Sender's Domain to blocked sender's list
and Add Sender to blocked sender's list? I have been using the later, but
seem to get the same junk mail.

If you add (e-mail address removed) to the Blocked Senders list, it will only
block that one sender. If you add Hotmail.com to the blocked domains,
it will block all senders that have @hotmail.com in their address.
For most types of spam, this whole blocking thing is fairly ineffective,
since spammers seldom use the same 'From' address more than once.

Add Sender puts the whole return address in the blocked sender's list and
blocks mail only from that address. Add Sender's Domain adds only the
part of the address after the @, and blocks all addresses that share that
part of the address.

One problem with this is that most junk mail senders lie about their return
addresses, and keep changing what they claim is their return address, so
blocking one of these addresses either way doesn't help in blocking
future messages from them.

If they at least keep using something in their subject line that no one
you want mail from is likely to use, read a message from them, then click on
Tools, then Message Rules, then Mail. Move the new window to one side
so you can see the message. Click on New, then the box in front of
When the Subject line contains specific words, then the box before
Delete it, then the blue text "contains specific words", then type what you
want the rule to watch for, then Add, then OK, then OK again, then OK
again.

Many other junk mail senders are harder to block, though
