Exporting and Importing Rules

Does anybody know how export rules from one profile and import them into
another without creating a PST file. I am just instrersted in copying a the
rules and moving them into a different porfile that's all. I don't want all
the items in Inbox or Sent Items, etc.

Use the Rules Wizard's export and import function.
