Imported Outlook rules won't work

I had to reinstall Windows in my PC. I'd backup everything before doing so.
Everythhing worked fine but the imported Outlook rules did not work. My
Outlook.pst weighs 200 mb and I wrote aprox 50 rules. After importing them
when I want to save them a message tells me that some of the rules won't
work. I take a look at them but found nothing wrong and save them: all the
destination folders written in the rules dissapeared so I should write them
all again, or I can import the rules once more.... I tried again and again
but unseccessfully.

Importing or exporting as stated here. allmost every day, is not the method
to transfer Outlook data, as it losses settings, eg rules, amongst other
things.
You copy the data file(s) to Documents folder and within OL open the data
file, then set that data file as the default msg store and close the other
one

DL: That is exctly what I did. And it is not the fist time I had to
reinstall Outlook. What I am doing now is selecting each of the 50 rules and
clicking the folder in the rule and then the folder in the Outlook tree
again. "Only in this PC" activates automatically. I unmarked this option
every time I created a new rule. What does "Only in this PC" mean? Is this
the reason because my rules didn't work?
