Export Outlook Distribution lists to Excel or Word.

It is critically important the the contents of a distribution list be
exportable. My distribution lists typically consist of well over 100 names.
These lists are constantly updated and need to be audited against other
lists. It is inconceivable that this capability is not available. If it is,
can someone please tell me how to export these lists?
