Export OL 2007 Rules

My wife is using OL 2007 and has several rules. Can the rules be exported for
the purpose of viewing in plain text as a whole? I really don't want to look
at each rule individually (Tools/Rules and Alerts ...) and write it down.

No, but screenshots will help with not having to write things down.
Why would you want them?
 
Several rules (maybe 100) with duplicates/triplicates, which is part of her
problem. I just wanted some kind of record so that as I edit/correct them I
don't have duplicates, but have all of her relevant rules represented. I have
since written them down and just completed the edit/delete task. Hope all is
good now.
