export messages from windows mail to microsoft outlook

In WM
File - Export - Messages - Microsoft exchange
select folders to export
ok

(the hard part is finding the exported file)
the Outlook.pst file should be in
C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook

In Outlook
Import the outlook.pst file

In Outlook DO NOT IMPORT the .PST file, you will lose information and very
likely corrupt your Outlook profile. Instead, use 'File|Open|Outlook Data
File' and navigate to the exported .PST file.
