Export Contacts Window Mail to Microsoft Outlook

Can I (and how do I) export my contacts and inbox from Windows Mail(not
Hotmail) to Microsoft Office. Set up Windows mail first and have just
installed Micro Office and want to use Outlook for e mail

You export your msgs from Mail to Outlook, and Import your
addresses/contacts, in OL, from Mail
You need to configure OL first

that is impossible. it works separately with its programs of email. For the
contacts it always makes separately with each program.
