Export Lotus notes 5 mail to outlook/exchange 2003

Hi!

Any sugestion to export Lotus Notes mail version 5 to outlook/exchange 2003?
Without paying for a program.

I have already export my addressbook.

Two options that I can think of.

1) If Lotus supports POP3/IMAP4 clients, you can connect to Lotus with
Outlook via POP3/IMAP4 to get mail items into a PST file. Restart Outlook
with the Exchange profile. Open PST file created when connecting to Lotus
via POP3/IMAP4 and copy the items from PST to Exchange mailbox.

2) If doing a migration of Lotus -> Exchange, take a look at the Migration
Wizard that comes with Exchange 2003.
