How can I query AD for the login script attribute of each
user account? I'm trying to produce a list of user
accounts with the associated login scripts.

Query through Ad for the scriptPath attribute - of course this will help
If You have login script configured in the user properties


Simple example how to dig through AD and read properties You will find here;

If You have login scripts configured via GPO use RSoP to determine on
which OU in Your Ad which GPO will affect users and which login scripts
will be executed
