Export Information from AD

We are running Windows 2000 SP3 and we enter all the user
information into the AD when creating an account. What we
would like to do is export a Phone list which contains the
User's Name and Home Phone. Does anyone know a way to do
this without too much programming?
We tried to use a linked table in Access and import the
data and this worked except that the home phone field was
not imported all the others seemed to be, but not the home
phone.
