Export Inbox Folders and content

I am exportng my Outlook emails from my old laptop to a new laptop. Is there
a way of exporting messages so they will be imported to new laptop within
same folders as they were stored in on old laptop? I am several folders set
up to keep everything organized and would like to have the very same
organization on new laptop's Outlook.

Don't use export & import for this task; simply copy your PST file(s)
from the old computer to the new one, then open it with Outlook. This
way you will have *exactly* the same layout of your Outlook data.

Make sure that Outlook is closed when you copy the file from the old
computer.

Version of outlook? If you have Data file management on the file menu,
select the PST and click Open folder. Leave the Windows Explorer window open
and close outlook. Copy the pst to the new laptop. Open it in the new
profile.

Export and import is not the correct way to move data from one Outlook
instance to another. See this:
