export from excel

First, make sure the Excel file has been saved.

Select the content you want to use in Excel then choose Edit, Copy from the
main menu ( or press Ctrl + C)

Switch to PowerPoint

Choose Edit, Paste Special. Put a check next to Link.
Click OK.
