Extracting Data from Excel 2003 to Powerpoint 2003

Hi,
I am using large data from excel into power point.
The step what is use are
1. Copy the required cells from excel
2. Go to powerpoint
3. Paste Special "Device Independent Bitmap".
4. The adjust the picture as per the slide.
This step becomes very tidious and time consuming as I need to do this for
nearly 60 files month on month basis.
Please let me know is there are way to simplify the proceedure.
Is it possible to export the whole date file into powerpoint as image and
then adjust the resolution of the picture.

Try this:
Insert | Object | Create from File | Browse | Select your Excel Workbook| OK.

It takes the entire file and inserts it into the PowerPoint. (As a
resizeable object, I believe, not a picture.)

Unfortunately, you cannot choose which cells to Insert.
