Export excel to onenote

Thanks for the quick respond. I tried your suggestion and transfer of copy to OneNote was simple.
I'm thinking of using this program to log my day to day notes and computing tracks.
 
I use OneNote for everything. I have it connected to my SkyDrive and can access notebooks from everywhere.
