Export contacts to Excel - No export from folders show up...

When I attempt to export my contact to list to Excel (or .csv, etc.) I don't
get any folders showing up in the Export to a file dialogue box. Any
suggestions?

List the steps you are using and what happens more clearly. Include any
error messages.
