export access reports to ms word (or any other application)

We need to export some reports from Access to MS Word, but we are losing some
lines and boxes. Is there a method to accomplish this (e.g., import to
Powerpoint and manipulate the file)?
 
Rich Text Format will not preserve all the formatting. You can either use
Microsoft's snapshot format or save the report as a pdf file using a
pdf-writer.

Is there anyway that you know of to add a control to a
report that points to a .pdf file so that it appears as
part of the report?

Not that I know of, but I saw a post less than an hour ago that asked how to
include PDFs in a report.

You might do a search.
