When I export a report from Access 2003 to Word 2003 using XP, some
characters are being truncated. If I export the same report using Win 2000,
there is no truncation. The report that I am attempting to export has about
10 columns with numeric figures under each column. The truncation drops 1 or
more right most digits when the number exceeds 9 positions. Appreciate any
assistance.

Ignore the message from "Steve". It is spam.

"Exporting to Word" from Access actually exports in RTF format, with
formatting implicitly expressed in character and point size, Natively,
Access uses actual measurements. This not infrequently results in the
space allocated for (particularly) longer strings being inadequate and
in the sort of behaviour you report. If you have to export to rtf, the
only fix I have found is to make all the affected text boxes a bit
(perhaps 10%) longer than they need to be in Access to contain the
longest string that ever appears in them.
