Why are my Access reports truncated when exported to Word 2003?

The Access report is fine and exported fine into Word by .rtf file, but when
upgrading from Office 2000 to Office 2003, the Access report exported into
Word is truncating on various lines of the report. Seems to be including
paragraphs in odd places. No paragraphs are included in the Access report
(simple report). Another user with Office 2003 is able to export the Access
report to Word and their is no truncating. All the report is there.

Any suggestions?

The Access report export to word RTF has never worked correctly.

The export wizard loops through the report, estimating the size
of the fields, and, using the font size, estimating how much
text should be visible, and where the line breaks should be.

You should apply all service packs, and leave as much extra space
as possible, but this has been a problem for 10+ years, with no
sign that MS intends to fix it.
