Complete Memo Field in Access Report Truncated in RTF

We have a complete Access 2002 report which contains a
memo field. When we export the complete report to a rich
text file or convert it to a Word document, the last few
words of the memo field are truncated for most
paragraphs. The truncated paragraphs contain lines
ranging from 2-10. The paragraphs which are not truncated
also have lines within this range.

The memo field's report properties of 'Can Grow' and 'Can
Shrink' are both set to Yes. And yet, the paragraphs are
truncated for some and not for others.

Installing the Office XP 2002 SP3 did not help.

In my experience the RTF output option is simply not reliable for any
CanGrow enabled controls. I know of no fixes or work-arounds (except
perhaps to use a mono-spaced font).
