Report truncating

I have a report that is scaled to legal paper. I have set the paper size to
legal and made the width of the report to be a little under 14". I made sure
the margins are small (.05) on the right and I have a truncation problem.
Both the last field, a memo field from the query, and the header line both
stop way short of the right hand margin.

I read some of the questions regarding truncating of memo fields and there
is no formatting or sorting of any kind on that field - it's just set to can
grow yes and can shrink yes. I even removed the field and added a new one,
as well as changed the field to a text field with a large capacity (255) -
after changing it in the table, and still get the truncation. Help!

The only thing I can think of is that it kind of sounds like
your printer (or its driver) is not responding to the
Landscape orientation.

I have re-sized both the text box and the line to the end of the page. And
another report from another database, which is set up similar, is printing
fine. Both are printing out on legal paper, but the new one cuts off the
last few words of each line. It's most frustrating.

Some words in a text box are cut off on the right?? This
might(?) imply that you are using a bad font. Try using a
couple of the MS standard fonts to see if they are still cut
off.
