explorer won't open

I am also unable to open explorer, getting the "Explorer
has caused an error in TSP108.DLL.
Explorer will shut down"

What is causing this and how do I fix it? Microsoft does
not seem to offer any info on this, and it's driving me nuts.

Go to Add/Remove Programs and uninstall TSP108.

TSP108 could be adware. Check for virus and adware
