Explorer won't open on other accounts

I am getting an error message when opening Internet
Explorer on the other accounts. When I open it as an
administrator it works fine. It's version 6.0 and I am
using Windows XP Home Edition. The error message says
that a problem as occured and needs to be closed down
sorry for the inconvience. Any help or suggestion will be
appreciated. Thanks.
