Error when Exiting

Hey, Everytime I exit Internet Explorer 6.0 I get an error
saying "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvience". Its not
a major problem but it just annoys me. I would like help
if any can be given. Thank You
