explorer windows keep on openning

Hi all I need your help
The problem is once I get online explorer window just keep
on popping out once every 5 seconds of sex sites, surfing
became terrible I can't do any thing i do have a popup
blocker but it didnt do anything
I scanned my computer for viruses using Norton anti virus
and AVG nothing appeared
I Scand the computer for spy ware and Trojans and ads
using ad aware and spybot search and destroy it found some
ads and repaired the files but that didn't change any
thing
I ran Norton win doctor and disk doctor but nothing
Please tell me what to do
