Explorer title bar and loading icon

My formet internet service provider modified Explorer so
that the title bar shows "...Explorer provided by Cox
High...." and the little spinning icon below the
exit "X". How can I get rid of this?

Bob,
To remove branding from IE:
With no IE windows open...
Start> Run> type in or copy and paste:

Rundll32 Iedkcs32.dll, BrandCleanInstallStubs

Click OK.

If unsuccessful with that:
