Explorer problem

every time i turn my comp on there appears a box that
says "Explorer has caused an error in ~5593556953.TMP
Explorer will now close. If you con't. to have problems,
try restarting your comp." Restarting my comp doesn't do
anything at all, the message will reappear. If i close
the message then my desktop disappears and i can't do
anything. I've already reinstalled both Windows ME and
Internet Explorer 6, but it has done nothing. Does
anybody have a clue what this is and how i can fix it?

This is being caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware, parasite)

Work through the solutions (CWShredder, Ad-aware, Spybot) at
