EXPLORER ERROR - 5151585954.TMP

On start up, I keep getting the error "Explorer has caused
an error in 5151585954.tmp Explorer will now close.
Restarting does nothing, clicking close on the error
message shuts the computer down and crashes. The TMP file
cannot be deleted or renamed as explorer is using it. I
would appreciate any help and info anyone may have to get
rid of this most annoying thing. I am using Win ME.
