explorer pop-up

Hi! suddenly today i getting an small window stating
that "its not a valid date" .
It happens everytime i try to open up something, and i
only have to click on the OK button to make it go away
and the file opens. But its very annoying.
Anyone know what to do to fix it ?

I just put a post on here also about this before
reading. My computer is doing the same thing. I have
looked everywhere for dates within Internet explorer.
The same box comes up when I open my Control Panel. I
don't know what is going on.

I FOUND OUT HOW TO FIX IT!

Go to Start and then Control Panel.

Go to add/remove programs.

Delete the CPR file.

I found the solution on google.com by typing in the error
message under the group category. I did it to my
computer and it worked instantly and my friend also just
did it and it worked on his.
