Explorer opens two times

Hi.

i am running IE6 on win 98. once in a while, when I click
on a link, i get into a loop and nothing happens. I then
noticed after ctrl, alt, dlt that EXPLORER is opened
running two times in the background, i close one and the
problem dissapears.

any idea why I have explorer running like that.

help appreciated

The second one is probably a spyware.
