Explorer keeps crashing down: ipnathlp.dll

Hi,

I'm running XP pro 32bit, SP2.
I keep getting errors from explorer and then it crashes down. I looked
in event viewer and saw a lot of errors all of them Event 30002, and
the source is IPNATHLP.
I reinstalled windows 2 days ago and I'm trying to share an internet
connection and i keep getting those stupid errors. Before I didn't have
problems with internet connection sharing.
