Explorer Information Bar

I just reinstalled XP Pro and SP2. When using Internet Explorer for a company
site I keep getting the following information bar message:
"Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this
page. As a result, the page may not display correctly."
It seems that I have reset everything in internet options for Explorer and
nothing seems to help me get to this page.
Any help would sure be appreciated.

I am also having a similar problem. I am working on a Dell Inspiron 5100
Notebook running WinXP Home SP2. I cannot get Windows Update to run (amoung
any other site that requires ActiveX), I get the Information Bar at the top
the tells me it can not run the ActiveX on the computer because of my
security setting. I have set EVERYTHING to the lowest least restricting
configuration however I still get the Information Bar when Windows Update
tries to install its ActiveX component. No matter what I do the only option
when I click on the Information Bar is to get information about the bar,
never to install the ActiveX component. I've tried uninstalling IE6, I've
tried going to the earliest Restore Point in the system also but neither of
these have any effect. I'm stumped, does anyone have any ideas?
