Explorer homepage And Toolbars?

some how a program I installed or downloaded has made it
so I always have there homepage and toolbar whenever I
open internet explorer? I have tred to reset the setings
and it works but when I restart the computer they apear
again?
 
BHODemon should take care of that. Look it up in Google it is free.
