Whenever I browse through folders on my computer through
the windows explorer, it hangs as soon as I right click
on any file. If, however, I access the same files, say
through the 'attach' command from Outlook and try to
access the right click menus, there is no problem.
I'm getting really tired of the software hanging like
this. Can anyone give me some suggestions on how to
resolve it?
Thanks

Right click errors are generally due to a misbehaving right click
context menu entry. Do you have spysweeper installed? Some versions of
that can cause the problem. If not then download a shell extension
viewer, shexview.zip, from:

http://www.snapfiles.com/get/shellexview.html

When run that displays a list of all the extensions. Click on the
column heading "Type" to sort by type. Then scroll down to the type
context menu. Disable each non microsoft entry one at a time to see if
you can identify which one is the problem.
