The shell stopped unexpectedly and Explorer.exe was
restarted.

I am receiving the above error when explorering a network
drive. I reinstalled sp1 but didn't fix the problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

this is usually caused by third party software that installs
Explorer plugins, or sometimes by multimedia codecs.

When exactly does it happen? What exactly did you click on? And
since when do you have this?
