Explorer.exe - Rundll32.exe ERRORS

1 )I have a error explorer.exe when windows finish to load. When I click
"do not send the error to Microsoft" my icons disapear for few seconds and
after everything is ok. I have this error a each time I open my computer.

2) When I click on the display option to change my wallpaper, I have a error
Rundll32.exe. So I can not change my wallpaper.
