Explorer.exe problems

I get the following error whenever I try to go into control panel "Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.2800.1221, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.1217, fault address 0x000080db.

Can anyone help? I've downloaded all the WinXP updates. Does it look like a re-install

I got the same problem after installing SP2 RC1 2096. Uninstalled it,
Explorer fixed. Re-installed with a "fresh" copy of RC1 & got the same
Explorer problem back. I know it's a ntdll.dll problem, but I don't know
why. It's probably a "glitch" with the "beta" RC1.
