explorer.exe crashes when adding attachments

When i want to add an attachment in outlook 2003, explorer.exe crashes with
an error message.

Error message:
The instruction “0x7741d793†referenced memory at “0x0db0fde4â€. The memory
could not be “readâ€.’
Click OK to terminate program
Click on Cancel to debug program
