Explorer.exe: application failed to initialize properly (0xc00000ba)

Yutgor

After logon, windows explorer crashes with the captioned message. When it
terminates, nothing ahows up except the wallpaper & the pointer. Any
cure?
 
Additional note: Tried booting in safe mode & the same things happened.
The system just hung there with no desktop except the wallpaper. If
anyone can help, it would be most appreciated.
