Explorer error

I am running win 2k professional and am getting the
following error on a regular basis.

Explorer.EXE - Application Error
The instruction at "0x7830b481" referenced memory
at "0x0003008c". The memory could not be "read".

I have applied service pack 4 Run defrag scandisk and
scanned for viruses with Norton Trend Micro and fsecure as
well as running variuos spyware programs any ideas?
