Explorer Error, Use3less Task Manager & desk top

Hello

A moment ago I started my pc, the only thing that I could
see was the background, the Task Manager didnt respond. I
manually shut down the machine, when restated the windows
said "explorer Error", I tried to send an error report,
but I could not. Then I pressed "dont Send" and the
screen again dissapeared and the background was the only
thing to be seen.

The PC is new, it has been part assembled. The latest
part to be introduced was an ATI All in Wonder Radeon
9000 PRO viedo card, it was succesfully installed 2 days
ago, with no problems. Also two days ago was installed
the game Capitalism 2, the game had a minor jumps in the
background music sometimes, but everything else ran fine.

Any help would be appretiated.

If you have a original win XP CD with you, try to boot by that and go to system recovery.

You can able to access your local drives from there, uninstall the two recent programs you installed from there and try to restart your computer again!
